If you are wanting to take control of and be responsible for your own health: mentally, emotionally and physically, and decide that you would like support along with some different ideas and alternatives then I am at your service.

I am committed to empowering others.  Mental and physical health, comfort, functionality and appearance are my concerns.  These are inherently related to total health.

I believe the body has the innate intelligence and ability to heal itself if given the right nutritional building blocks.  We are what we eat.

During my 30 plus years of practice I've developed proven ways to change limiting or destructive beliefs and old thought patterns quickly and effectively.

My mission is to enhance the quality of life of those I serve.

This statement has been commonly attributed to Abraham Lincoln. The quotes were published in 1942 by William J. H. Boetcker, a Presbyterian minister.  He released a pamphlet titled Lincoln On Limitations, which did include a Lincoln quote, but also added 10 statements written by Boetcker himself.
